在中国时我们辅导许多孩子上了大学。到美国后，我们潜心研究海外孩子学中文的环境和特点，总结了教孩子学中文的一套方法，并成功让许多孩子对学中文感兴趣，并在学习中文时取得了长足的进步。多位学生在中文竞赛中获得一二等奖, SAT II and AP中文满分。经验告诉我们，我们必须以诚心，真心和爱心去做孩子的朋友，时时运用趣味教学，以教孩子方法为主，举一反三。让孩子有信心和自信去学习。

另一重要因素是老师的素质，多数学校聘请的老师没有教中文的兴趣和经验，仅仅是照看孩子。在这种环境下，不可能教好孩子中文和其它课程。因此孩子学好中文与否，老师是一个最关键的因素。帮你的孩子选一个好的中文老师等于帮孩子成功了一半。

大家都知道，未来市场在中国，中国不但是未来的加工基地，也是研究和开发的最佳场所。因此，今后的Job市场中，多一门中文语言将会在JOB竞争中处于绝对的优势。难道你不想让你的孩子拥有这种优势吗？

本着对孩子负责和爱心，我们建立了标准中文学习中心。我们根据孩子的水平，分成相同水平的小班，并有针对性教学， 以避免大班不同水平带来教和学的困难。我们也根据不同的学生特点和家长要求选择不同的教学进程和教学方法。使每个孩子学好中文。我们也根据不同的学生和家长的要求选择不同的教材，如：标准中文， 中文（暨南大学），国内同步语文教材，新加坡同步教材等等。

Hi Teacher Jenny,

Thank you for your great class!  Samanthe asked me today if she has Chinese class again and was disappointed when I told her no.  She also told her Daddy how to say big and small, and wrote them in Chinese without looking at anything!  It takes some time for her to get used to new things but you made it very easy for her to enjoy it.

Hi Jenny,

You're a really good teacher just from 1 day.  Miran (the shy one) was telling me how to say rabbit in Chinese as soon as she got in the car.  I repeated after her and she corrected me many times.  Then, later, she forgot how to say it, and Carino said it for her, but her pronunciation was not quite right so Miran kept correcting her as well.  She was showing me tonight how she remembers to write big and small - make your body big by stretching arms and legs, etc.

Ni hao lao shi,

My 5 year old son, Aidan, has been attending Teacher Lucy's Chinese class for almost 2 years.  Thanks to Teacher Lucy and Teacher Liu's patience, encouragement, and fun         lessons and teaching materials, Aidan has learned to say and understand many Chinese words, sing Chinese songs, recognize some Chinese characters, and speak in complete phrases/questions.  To hear Aidan ask for a snack or ask to watch TV in Chinese, is so exciting, especially for Aidan's Chinese grandparents.  We are very happy with this Chinese school.  Xie Xie Lucy Lao Shi!  Xie Xie Liu Lao Shi!
